Proposed General Profit Structure for Home Services
82% to Person contracting and performing the service (85% after operating expenses
are covered during a given month.)
10% to Business (7% after operating expenses are covered during a given month.)
4% to Ave Maria Grammar and Preparatory School Tuition Assistance, Pro-Life cause
or other faith valued Ave Maria community need.
4% to the Secretary or Salesperson who received the contact. Salesperson may also
be the person performing the service. (in some cases may not be permitted on a
commission basis. However, we will have one or more telephone and web mail
operators available at all times who must be compensated).

100% to sales or broker associate performing the service or loan origination.
$400 transaction fee and $200 Monthly license fee to Business Brokerage. ($375 and
$175 after operating expenses are covered during a given month.)
5% of fees to Ave Maria Grammar and Preparatory School Tuition Assistance, Pro-Life
cause or other faith valued Ave Maria community need.
10% of fees to the Secretary.
43% of fees to acting broker (This percentage increases when business operating
expenses are covered and the acting broker manages the brokerage)
42% of fees to business owner (This percentage decreases when business operating
expenses are covered and the acting broker manages the brokerage)
100% to sales or broker associate performing the service or loan origination.

Appraisal and other services require a Florida license and will have its own format
(See proposed example for Real Estate and Mortgage Brokerage format below).
Licence and operational laws for these categories may cause them to be structured
differently. Nevertheless, wherever possible the profit structure will be an equivalent
of the above proposed format.
